Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the designated shipping address. Orders are processed per our Shipping Policy, within 1–5 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or customer-provided incorrect address information. Cancellations are only permitted within 12 hours of order placement, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Shipping terms are defined in our official Shipping Policy. It is your responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. RitualPal™ is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned shipments caused by incorrect customer address information, customs procedures, carrier issues, weather events, or other events outside our reasonable control. Risk of damage or loss transfers to you once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our official Refund Policy. Refunds will only be processed under the specified eligible conditions, and non-refundable scenarios will be followed as stated. Damaged goods require photo/video proof submitted within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for review. Unopened, unused products may be eligible for return only under our stated rules.

We do not guarantee that products will match screen displays perfectly, nor do we warrant uninterrupted website service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RitualPal™ shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages (including lost profits, lost revenue, inconvenience) arising out of product use, shipping delays, or website access issues. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total purchase price paid by you for the specific relevant order.
